This is our most complete offering, built for multi-day celebrations that unfold over several consecutive days, from the welcome through the wedding day itself to the send off that follows. Invitation suites, run sheets, vendor relationships, styling briefs, playlists, it’s all coordinated continuously across the full arc of your celebration, start to finish and beyond.


It also suits couples who might only be having one day of events, but want that extra layer of support: your RSVPs and wedding website managed, gown appointments coordinated, travel taken care of. You don’t need several days of celebrations to choose All Inclusive, sometimes it’s simply about wanting more help across your one wedding day. All Inclusive also includes our lowest travel fees for North Island and international weddings.

Full Planning & Styling


Our most popular package, and honestly, for good reason. It’s the sweet spot between guidance and involvement. We source venues, build inspiration boards together, coordinate every vendor, and shape the styling from the ground up, all while keeping you close to it. Think true partnership. You bring the vision, even a half formed one is plenty, and we bring the experience, the relationships, and the calm hand that turns it into a day that feels entirely yours.


Best for: couples who want to be part of the journey, with an expert team steering the details.

Styling


For couples who’ve got the planning sorted and want the aesthetics to match. Venue booked, vendors chosen, logistics largely in hand, what’s missing is a considered eye across the look and feel. That’s Styling: a personalised brief, a clear direction for the day, and guidance on everything from florals to tablescapes. It’s also a great option for venues with their own on the day coordinator, like The Winehouse. We do the full setup so everything looks stunning, then hand you over to your venue team from there.

Intimate Gatherings


Full planning and styling, just for a smaller circle. Whether it’s a handful of your nearest and dearest or a quiet ceremony for two, it gets the same care and attention as any of our bigger weddings.
